“Sometime ago I completed a Transcendental Meditation (TM) course taught by Chris over Zoom, and it was a fantastic experience.  Chris has an incredible teaching style – clear, approachable and supportive.  Even in a virtual setting his ability to explain the practice and connect with participants was impressive.  Before this course, I had tried mindfulness practices, but found them difficult to engage with.  TM felt much more intuitive for me and having Chris as a guide made all the difference.  I’ve come to realise that TM isn’t something you can easily pick up from a book.  Having a teacher like Chris to answer questions, provide guidance, and adapt the learning to your needs really enhanced the experience.

The course itself was superb.  Each session was well structured, and the pacing felt just right-there was enough time to grasp each concept without feeling rushed.  Chris also created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, which made the process much more enjoyable.

If you’re considering learning TM, I highly recommend Chris’ course.  Even over Zoom, it was an excellent introduction to a practice I’ve already found valuable in my everyday life.”

Whatever you may think about Joe Rogan, he gives a good description of Transcendental Meditation (TM) here.

Regarding the title, the TM organisation is in fact a cult, but this just applies to a tiny percentage of fanatics at its core.  The TM meditation technique is pure gold and millions of people find it a rock solid quality of life enhancer.
