Below details of our ongoing Transcendental Meditation refresher meetings.
Please note : 20 minute group meditation starts 15 minutes into meeting, so please be on time. Why not get your T.M practice retuned & at the same time have the pleasure of doing your 20 minute evening meditation in a group. While T.M is very much a technique you can practice on your own and use to enrich everyday life, most people like to have the option of keeping in touch. Correctly practised it should be an easy, effortless & enjoyable experience. These meetings are open to anyone who has attended a T.M course, whether you’re still meditating or not. They are relaxed and informal and always include a group meditation. Meetings are free, but if you feel like contributing, a donation is welcome to help with the cost of the venue, you do not have to attend regularly or make an appointment, just turn up.

Idyllic spot in the heart of the Lakes set in beautiful grounds, just outside the lovely town of Ambleside, but a peaceful haven to enjoy a weekend of meditation.
The all inclusive fee per person is : £229 for a single en-suite room, £219 for a shared en-suite room & £210 for a non en-suite room.
Everyone needs a break. The emphasis of these weekends is deep rest & revitalisation, enabling you to gain a clearer experience & understanding of Twenty Minutes Meditation. They are open to anyone who has learnt T.M. Meditation, regardless of whether you are practising regularly or not. Many people use the weekend to re-establish a meditation routine.
Starting Friday evening and finishing Sunday teatime the weekend includes extra meditation (in the group or separate as you prefer) with optional simple yoga postures and breathing exercises plus group meetings and discussion. The whole thing is very informal and there is plenty of time to enjoy the company of meditator’s from across the country over delicious meals (vegetarian options available) and leisurely walks.

I took up TM in Antwerp last Saturday. I can’t believe the effects I’ve already experienced during this less than a week of meditation. I’m so enthusiastic that I’ve told my family and two of my friends whom I think could also be interested. Much as they are attracted by the idea of TM, and its potential benefits, they all balk at the expense, which in the Antwerp branch of the Mahadishi Foundation, where I followed my course, is €900. I coincidentally discovered your website when looking up more information on TM, so I can share it with my family and friends. My question is do you know of any fellow TM associations that offer decent TM courses at a more affordable price than the Mahadishi Foundation?
