“I learned TM when I was going through a very hard time in my life. I was a young, single mother struggling with panic attacks, anxiety, depression and insomnia. I was sick of the side effects of medication and heard that TM could be useful for stress. I had debt and a very low income but luckily the way the course rates are structured meant it was still accessible for me, which I think means a lot.

I was surprised to find that from the first week I practised TM my panic attacks disappeared and I’m so grateful that they’ve never returned. TM gave me a tool that allowed me to clear, rest and balance my mind, even when life was very chaotic. It helped me to know that when I had an important decision to be made, I would make the right one because my mind was focused and clear.

My life has completely changed in the 5 or 6 years since. I’m happy, healthy, calm and I even now have my own business. TM hasn’t done all of this for me, but it has definitely been a major tool that I’ve used for myself along the way.

I recommend TM to everyone I can and I think it has been one of the best investments I’ve made to myself. “
