“Been keeping them shorter than the 20 mins – struggle a bit to do them that long, time wise more than anything so generally doing 15 mins with the 3/4 mins at the end which is working at the moment. Not doing them every day but trying to go to bed earlier to get up earlier in the morn before the kids wake up but they are also early risers! Im regularly interrupted by the kids at some point but managing to still relax and really enjoying it so far. My oldest son likes to press the gong timer button and watches the timer count down!
