Transcendental meditation: does it work?

First he tried sleep apps, then a flotation tank, then mindfulness โ€“ but nothing would stop the chatter in Stuart Heritage’s increasingly exhausted mind. Would transcendental meditation, currently enjoying a revival, do the trick?
