After teaching TM (Transcendental Meditation) for nearly 50 years, since April 2020 all online, I can honestly say that learning TM online is 100% as effective as learning it face to face in a room.

Living in a very busy house, young children, pets etc, Mike attended the whole online course in his works van (in December!!!)  As he has now been provided with an electric vehicle by his employer he fits in his daily meditation in the van while its recharging.

Many people find TM (Transcendental Meditation) makes a big difference in helping improve mental health. Having the chance to pause, step back from the day and enjoy short periods of proper relaxation of mind and body through a meditation that is easy to practice and doesn’t involve any concentration or emptying of the mind becomes one of the pleasures of the day.

Normalisation of Blood Pressure has always been one of the most commonly reported benefits of practising TM (Transcendental Meditation) Have you noticed this?

A Recent Email :

“Earlier in the year I was in a very unexpected stressful situation and it affected my health resulting in my blood pressure shooting up through the roof. I had to be monitored every 20 minutes over a 24 hour period and being a nurse myself I had to look at the readings. It came as no shock that after both twenty minute TM meditations (which I timed around the machine going off) drastically reduced my blood pressure; the first had dropped from 137/76 to 114/62 and the second dropped from 154/76 to 117/68.

We are finding the meditation very beneficial and are still practising twice a day apart from the odd ones missed. We both agree its the best decision we’ve made.”
