Mr. Jackman revealed that he began meditating in drama school because a friend told him it would help him “be in the moment.  “I was like, ‘This is great! It will help me be a better actor!'” said Mr. Jackman. “And it did help my acting, but it wasn’t too long before I realized it was a lot deeper than just serving me as an actor.
