“Had to have a few days break from the meditation – but really noticed the difference, so back on it again twice a day!!! My partner even commented that I seem to swear less if I’ve meditated! A quick question for you though. Yes the exhaustion has shifted. I seem to need less sleep – is that an expected effect? Just nice to reduce my anxiety levels. It seems to do the trick after about 10 minutes … and keeps me more settled throughout the day.”
