“I’ve been meditating for 35 years now – the experience of learning with Chris has stayed with me even when I had a few years off and I can still get straight to this calm place within wherever I am by just doing this gentle 20 minute simple meditation. For the last 20 years its been a non-negotiable twice daily practice as it brings me such peace and refreshment.
Its also been invaluable during times of stress both for myself and whilst supporting family members. I highly recommend it.”
