What is it and how to use it
You can use this audio file to guide you when you meditate. It includes a few minutes settling down before we meditate, then will tell you when to start with your mantra, and after 20 minutes it will gently guide you out of your meditation.

Shorter version

What is it and how to use it
Normally when we meditate, we first sit with the eyes closed for about half a minute, before easily starting the mantra, if you find it comes on its own, that’s fine, just go with it.

Additionally some people find Pranayama (a simple yoga breathing method) a nice lead in to meditation. It really helps settle the mind, you can do 2 minutes minimum or 5 minutes max.  If you like, do this prior to starting the shorter version below, just sit comfortably, ignore the posture advice.
