Saturday Venue

The course starts with personal, one to one instruction for an hour at York Natural Health, a quiet haven just off the bustling hub of Acomb with a nice choice of cafes & shops within a minutes walk. There is free parking at the rear of the building, but it is also easily accessible by public transport.

Sunday & Monday Venue

The three follow up group meetings are all held at The York Clinic, just five minutes drive from York Natural Health
The York Clinic for Integrated Healthcare is a warm, friendly & comfortable treatment centre overlooking York Race course, near to the city centre and within easy access to the ring road.

Where to Eat
You won’t wait much longer than 10 minutes for a bus on Tadcaster Road or it’s just a 20 / 25 minute walk into York town centre which caters for just about every taste and pocket, from Tesco’s “Giraffe” café to really pushing the boat out and joining the queue for Bettys. I found Chris to be an enlightening and pleasant teacher. He has a calm air about him which is relaxing and very conducive to meditation! In addition to teaching TM, Chris works hard to keep in touch with his pupils and is always on hand if you have questions.
