What is Transcendental Meditation?

Transcendental Meditation (TM) is an easy to learn, accessible and straight forward technique that anybody can fit into their daily routine.

Twenty Minutes Meditation was founded by experienced TM teacher Chris Greathead. Chris has taught Transcendental Meditation for over 40 years to all kinds of people and from every walk of life.
