“I learned TM when I was going through a very hard time in my life. I was a young, single mother struggling with panic attacks, anxiety, depression and insomnia. I was sick of the side effects of medication and heard that TM could be useful for stress. I had debt and a very low income but luckily the way the course rates are structured meant it was still accessible for me, which I think means a lot.

I was surprised to find that from the first week I practised TM my panic attacks disappeared and I’m so grateful that they’ve never returned. TM gave me a tool that allowed me to clear, rest and balance my mind, even when life was very chaotic.
