Twenty Minutes Meditation was founded by Chris Greathead. Chris is a highly skilled professional teacher with over 40 years experience who has successfully helped thousands of people improve their lives through meditation.
Chris initially learned meditation in 1971, having been taught the Transcendental Meditation technique. After establishing meditation as a once a day routine Chris began to notice a greater sense of calm and reduced anxiety. Little by little it became clear that there was an undeniable connection between meditation and everyday quality of life.
Intrigued, Chris decided to find out more and after studying with Maharishi’s TM organisation in Switzerland, France and India qualified as a TM teacher in 1977.
Now based in the North East of England, since 1995 Twenty Minutes Meditation teach independent courses both for the general public and with staff from all of the major private and public-sector organisations and businesses in the North East.
