Transcendental Meditation Course Structure
Our TM courses take place over 4 sessions:
Day one – Saturday
Personal, one to one instruction for 1 hour (allow 90 minutes, so as not to be under any pressure of time). Here you learn the basic technique of TM Meditation and can then practice it on your own at home.
This is followed by 3 group meetings where the technique is fine tuned and you get a clearer and more practical understanding of TM Meditation which equips you to meditate comfortably and confidently in everyday life. The group meetings are informal and enjoyable.
Day two – Sunday
Group Sessions, 10.30am – 1.00pm and 6.00 – 8.00pm
Day three – Monday
Group Session, 6.30 – 8.30pm
*PLEASE NOTE: for courses held in Newcastle the evening group session on Sunday is replaced by a group session on Tuesday evening.
